Powerful works of Latinx playwrights Carla Navarro and Xochitl Ramos come together in a night of play about the search for who we truly are. In Carla Navarro's "Cats Can't Eat Yarn", a Chilean immigrant wonders what has become of the revolutionary young woman she was before becoming a business owner and a mother. In Xochitl Ramos' "Three Poems and a Song for Santiago Parra", a young binational trans woman Mabel searches for self amidst the impending death of her father, while the family comes together trying to understand each other and themselves amidst their grief.
